Payment arrangements are confirmed before order release to protect project timing, material allocation and international shipment coordination.
Depending on order value, customer history and project requirements, Dinsilink may accept bank transfer, telegraphic transfer, approved corporate payment arrangements or other payment methods confirmed in writing.
For new customers, shortage parts, special-order components or high-value procurement, prepayment may be required before stock reservation or purchasing. Credit terms may be reviewed for qualified long-term customers.
Quotations generally state the transaction currency. Bank charges, intermediary bank fees, exchange differences and local taxes are handled according to the confirmed quotation or proforma invoice.
Orders are released after payment confirmation or approved credit authorization. Shipment schedules may be affected if payment confirmation is delayed.
Please verify payment instructions through our official email address before making payment. Dinsilink is not responsible for losses caused by fraudulent payment instructions from unauthorized sources.
